Stop. Using. Spreadsheets!

I know it sounds wild, but hear me out.

Here's why spreadsheets are the worst sidekick for your business:

1. They’re Error Factories: Spreadsheets are like that friend who never follows the rules—fun at parties, but a nightmare when you need to get things done. With no safeguards to keep your data in check, mistakes are lurking in every cell. Did you know nearly 88% of spreadsheets have errors? That’s like 88% too many!

Yes, an export would still be a spreadsheet but AT LEAST you will be able to actually trust your numbers, and NOT spend so much time creating a budget from expense codes that don't match your project or reporting needs! If your accountant is not doing this for you get them to start and if they start grumbling, remind them who’s boss and/or get a new one!
• Inventory Management: Get a POS system that tracks inventory for you! From Purchase Order to customer purchases, this is what the robots should be doing for you. This one is a no brainer. Not only will it save you hours of frustration, but it might also save your sanity. Trust me, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.
• Data Collection: Let’s make your stakeholders do the work for you! Leverage online forms that integrate with your CRM and watch as the data magically organizes itself. No more late nights spent deciphering your incoherent notes for your annual report!

In all these cases, reporting should be as easy as pushing a button.

Your software should handle the robot stuff so you have more time to do the human stuff!
